Original Purchaser of the Unregistered Vehicle:

• When registered in the name of the person who bought it first
• Form F, which is used for registering a vehicle
• A true copy of the owner's government-issued photo ID
• The original sales certificate for the vehicle
• Original Document for Vehicle Sales
• Pay all applicable taxes, as well as the registration and number plate fees

Original Purchaser Disposes Off the Unregistered Vehicle:

• Form F: Application for Vehicle Registration
• A copy of the owner's national identity card (if applicable)
• The vehicle's first sales certificate
• The vehicle's first sales invoice
• Registration fees, license plate costs, and any relevant taxes are required to be paid
• The Transfer Order Form
• Documentation verifying the original purchaser's sale of the vehicle; a copy of the original purchaser's National Identification card (if a person)

New Registration Rates:

Not exceeding 1000cc	1%
Exceeding 1000cc but not more than 2000cc	2%
Exceeding 2000cc	4%

Transfer of Ownership:

• The required Transfer Order (T.O.) Form
• A picture of the seller's CNIC
• A picture of the buyer's CNIC
• Photographs of the witnesses
• The original registration certificate with the updated token tax payment
• For cars registered under the "File Return Scheme," the original registration file
• A duplicate certificate of registration
• Use of the Prescribed Form

Misplaced/Stolen Registration Certificate (R.C):

• The Police Report
• If the Registration Certificate is ripped or damaged, it shall be included with the application
• A picture of the applicant's CNIC
• Update the token tax certificate for non-tie-up vehicles (motorcycles excluded)
• For cars registered under the "File Return Scheme," the original registration file

Termination of Hire Purchase Agreement:

• Lessee's plain paper application to terminate HPA
• Certificate of Occupancy or Clearance from the Lessor
• The applicant's CNIC photocopy
• The original document that shows the payment for the token tax is the registration certificate
• For automobiles that are registered using the "File Return Scheme," the original registration file is required

Change of Engine Number (Alteration):

• A receipt for the acquisition of a new engine
• A copy of the applicant's CNIC
• Form "F" with the vehicle's details, including the New Engine Number
• The original registration certificate with the updated token tax payment
• For cars registered under the "File Return Scheme," the original registration file

Conversion:

• Form "F" with specifics of a vehicle bearing an endorsement on type of modification from Motor Vehicle Examiner
• Photocopy of the CNIC for the applicant
• Original registration certificate with token tax update payment included
• Original Registration File in case cars registered under the "File Return Scheme" are registered under
• In case of tie-up vehicles, fitness certificates from motor vehicle examiner

Ownership Certificate:

• Application on simple paper from the registered owner
• A copy of the applicant's CNIC
• Vehicles registered under the "File Return Scheme" may have their original registration file
• The original registration certificate with the updated token tax payment
